Extrusion presses
HAX stands for Hydraulics and Automation for Extrusion. We provide services and products for everything related to press control. For example, design of hydraulic and control systems, troubleshooting, assembly, pipe bending and installation.
Hydraulics
Hydraulics are used in many applications besides extrusion presses. For example, it can be other types of presses, such as sheet metal presses and scrap presses. But we have also done projects with hydraulic test rigs of various types and supply systems for hydraulic stations.
Pumps
Hydraulic pumps are one of the most important parts of a hydraulic system. Without the pump, nothing usually happens. We offer pump renovation where we have our own test rig to test the pumps after renovation to verify the result.
Control systems
Although control systems for extrusion presses are the main focus of our automation business, we also do many projects on other types of machines. This includes machines in the same factories where the presses are located, but also in completely different industries. Some examples of facilities we have worked on are ovens, stackers, robot cells, scrap presses, conveyors, test rigs and more.
Geographic area
When it comes to extrusion presses, we have the majority of our customers in Northern Europe, with the majority in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Poland. However, the list of countries we have been to includes Germany, Denmark, Romania, Bulgaria, France, New Zealand, the USA and the UK.
Our office and workshop are located in Gislaved in southern Sweden. In the surrounding area, we provide services such as troubleshooting and modernization of machines to customers in, for example, Anderstorp, Värnamo, Smålandsstenar, Hyltebruk, Halmstad and Hillerstorp.
